Webmediterr@nea has applied all technical measures needed. All personal information are used for accomplishing the agreement with its clients, as well as for gathering information for Webmediterr@nea’s own statistical use.

All personal information will be given only to third parties involved in the services requested by the client, in order to accomplish with those services.

Personal information for domain names registration, hosting and search engines inclusion are transferred to the Authority or National or International Organization in charge of providing the service, with the only objective of accomplishing with such services. If needed, the personal information would be published in the “whois” public register.

In those cases, in which WebMediterr@nea appears as responsible, WebMediterr@nea assumes all the obligations established by the Law for Personal Information Protection and will not use this information for a different purpose to those established in the agreement.

WebMediterr@nea reserves the right to accept content and ../images considered as inappropriate. In all cases, the responsible for contents and ../images is the owner of the web page.

WebMediterr@nea may add, change or improve periodically any information about products and services described at the website webmediterranea.com without previous notice.

WebMediterr@nea may change, at any moment, this legal advice and the continued use of this site would be conditioned to the conditions established at the moment of its use.

This legal notice contains the agreement between WebMediterr@nea and its clients and replaces any understanding or previous oral or written agreement.

WebMediterr@nea acts under the present legislation in Spain and any claim or legal action would be solved in Valencia’s Courts, Spain. The contractor of our services renounces at any other place for objections or legal actions out of the courts of Torrent, Valencia, Spain.
